This document establishes the general legal policies of SPARKLLEX, designed to protect the company, its partners, clients, and collaborators, and to prevent legal or operational conflicts.
01 Nature of the Service
SPARKLLEX is a monthly membership home services platform that coordinates and manages services such as house cleaning, laundry and ironing, basic shoe repair, and minor home repairs. SPARKLLEX acts as a coordination and quality control platform.
02 Scope of Responsibility
SPARKLLEX is committed to coordinating requested services, assigning available personnel, and addressing reported incidents. The company will not be responsible for pre-existing damages, undeclared fragile objects, incorrect client information, or force majeure events.
03 Client Obligations
The client must provide truthful information, ensure access to the home, protect valuables, and maintain respectful treatment of personnel. Non-compliance may result in service suspension.
04 Membership and Payment Policy
Memberships are monthly and recurring. Payments are processed automatically. Cancellation can be made at any time and is effective at the end of the current cycle. Partial refunds are not provided.
05 Fair Use Policy
Each plan has clear limits on time, weight, size, and frequency. Excessive use may result in additional charges, rescheduling, or upgrade suggestions.
06 Data Security and Privacy
SPARKLLEX protects personal data through reasonable security practices. Client information is confidential and is not sold to unauthorized third parties.
07 Incidents and Claims
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service. SPARKLLEX will evaluate each case and define the appropriate solution.
08 Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of SPARKLLEX will be limited to the value of the affected service. Indirect damages or lost profits will not be compensated.
09 Service Suspension or Termination
SPARKLLEX may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, system abuse, or serious non-compliance with these policies.
10 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These policies are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, where SPARKLLEX LLC is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through mediation or competent courts in Massachusetts.
These policies constitute a preventive legal basis and should be formalized in definitive legal documents when appropriate.
